Saudi’s Ministry of Health launched a program through its e-portal encouraging residents on the Kingdom to walk at least 30 minutes per day, 5 days every week- to sustain a healthy lifestyle.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Obesity is common in both adults and children due to the lack of exercise, according to Arab News.<\/a><\/em> so the government has set up areas in the larger cities- so people will enjoy taking walks more frequently.\u00a0<\/p>\n
