A Global Ranking Of How Countries Have Handled The Pandemic Has Been Revealed
It is safe to say that the world is very different today than it was just a few months ago. COVID-19 has not just impacted how people interact with each other but every other aspect of life and society has been changed in one way or another.
And different countries have dealt with the pandemic – and the changed it brought – in varying ways
A new index ranks 112 countries on how they handled the pandemic in terms of crisis management, the resilience of the healthcare sector, and overall recovery
Finland ranked first on the economic recovery index, followed by Norway in second place, and Germany in third place
Amongst the Arab countries, the United Arab Emirates took first place, ranking 37th in the world and was followed by Saudi Arabia which came in 48th. Kuwait took third place.
