There Are Now Multilingual Double-Decker Bus Tours For Hajj Pilgrims That You Can Experience

If you’re taking part in Hajj or en route to the holy city, don’t forget to experience the double-decker bus tours in Madinah, supervised by the Development Authority of Madinah Region. It has started fully operating and already covers 12 stops around the holy city.

What you can expect to see in the tours

The tours aim to introduce the city’s visitors to Madinah’s historic and well-known landmarks and entertainment facilities. The tour, according to Arab News, is part of the service extended by the Kingdom to Hajj pilgrims and for any other visitors of the holy city.

The bus has translation services that will cover 12 languages, soon to come in the bus tours. The bus will stop at the Prophet’s Mosque, Al-Manakha, Al-Salam Door, Al-Uhud Mountain, al-Noor Mall and even the Hejaz railway as just one of its 12 stops.

The timings are as follows…

Buses in Madinah will start from the northern and southern entrances of the Prophet’s Mosque. Its morning shift begins right after the Fajr prayers and ends before 12. Buses leave every 30 minutes until noon, and the later shift starts after the evening prayer all the way until 11 p.m.
