Agreements Underway To Set Up Innovative Saudi Media City

Prince Badr bin Abdullah bin Farhan Al Saud, Chairman of the Media City Project in Riyadh, has signed off several agreements with the top media institutions around the world.

The Saudi Minister of Culture Prince Badr bin Abdullah bin Farhan Al Saud has announced the establishment of the media city in the Embassies district in Riyadh. It will be a catalyst for innovation in technology, media and culture, and open to inspiring ideas.

In his capacity as Chairman of the Media City Project, he signed on many agreements with MBC Channel Group, Al Arabiya and Al Hadath Network, EWTP Arabia Investment Fund, Ali Cloud Company which is affiliated with Ali Baba Group, and Saudi Research and Distribution Group.

He wrote on Twitter: “I invite the owners of ambitious projects, whether small, or medium, or large, to join us … Today’s agreements are only the beginning, and what’s to come will be even better.”
