Al Nasr Won The Saudi Super Cup For The First Time
Al Nasr club won the Saudi Super Cup after a 1-1 victory over their opponent Al Taawoun club in the final match.
Al Taawoun scored the first goal in the first half with a header by the Colombian professional, Tawamba, who got injured 20 minutes later.
Al Nasr failed to score any goals during the first half and continued their pressure during the second half until the Moroccan striker Abdel-Razzaq Hamdallah managed to achieve a tie.
The tie was broken by a penalty shootout that left the Al-Nasr club victorious.
