Part Of The Riyadh Metro Will Open Before The End Of 2020
Before the end of 2020, the $27 billion Riyadh Metro will partially open.
A number of stations will become available to service the bustling city’s seven million residents. Part of the Kingdom’s grand expansion plans to increase its public transportation percentage from 1% to 20%, the build also aims to eventually provide transport for the growing population, which authorities expect to more than double to 15 million over the coming years.
