A video of a man taking a hammer to a traffic camera along a busy intersection in a city in Saudi Arabia has been going around the Internet.

The man was wearing a mask and ran off after striking the camera a couple of times

And social media is, well, conflicted.

While many thought what he did was irresponsible and its never funny to destroy property to go viral online or to make a statement, some thought it was funny.

They thought it was a lighthearted way to respond to the high amount fines incurred upon making a traffic violation.
