BREAKING: All Schools In Dubai To Close For One Day This Week

School’s out on Tuesday following an announcement from the UAE Ministry of Education.
According to the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA), all private schools in Dubai will be closed on Tuesday, the 5th of February only.
The day-off could vary depending on the school though, so it’s best to check directly with yours to see if it will be closed on Monday, the 4th of February.

All public schools in Dubai and Sharjah will reportedly close for a day on Monday, according to Gulf News. While private and public schools in UAE will close on Tuesday.
The Ministry of Education has yet to announce the reasoning for this but we ain’t complainin’
