Good news for real estate agents, bad news for everyone else!

Rent in Sharjah has increased by 15% over the last 6 months of 2022

The spike is said to be because of more people looking for cheaper apartments and places to live. The real estate market has reported raising rental prices by a huge 15%.

This means that if your Sharjah apartment costed 30,000 AED for the year back in January of 2022, it would now cost 34,500 to rent the same apartment in December of the same year.

The cost of living is on the rise people!

It can’t be certain if this upward spike will continue into 2023, but it’s important to look around and seek professional advice if you’re signing a lease any time soon.
