CONFIRMED! The IPL Will Resume In The UAE On September 19

UAE cricket fans rejoice!

It’s going all-out cricket in the UAE in September, with the internet rumbling with confirmations that the IPL is kicking-off as the weather cools. The 14th season, which was postponed in May this year due to COVID, will run from September 19 till October 15 kicking off with a monster clash between the Mumbai Indians and the Chennai Super Kings on September 19.

The remainder of the 14th IPL season will be played in Dubai and people are buzzing

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) announced the schedule for the remainder of the VIVO IPL 2021.

A total number of 31 matches will be played over 27 days and in all, 13 matches will be held in Dubai, 10 in Sharjah and 8 in Abu Dhabi.

The 1st Qualifier will be played in Dubai on 10th October. The Eliminator & Qualifier 2 will be played in Sharjah on 11th & 13th October respectively with Dubai hosting the Final of VIVO IPL 2021 on 15th October this year.
