Murder Suspect: In Cuffs 6 Hours After The Tragic Crime Was Committed In Ajman
An altercation broke out between 2 workers living in the same accommodation. The motive for the crime was identified as a financial dispute and verbal abuse.
Police were alerted of a foul smell coming from a room in a workers’ accommodation located in the industrial area.
Ajman Police arrested a murder suspect within 6 hours of the crime
The murder suspect attempted to escape by hitting various areas in the Emirate but he was found by Ajman Police
Police found the suspect in Al Karama area while attempting to evade the police. He was taken in for questioning
During questioning, the suspect admitted to his crime. He revealed that a heated altercation took place between him and the victim. The assailant confessed to assaulting the victim with a wooden object before ultimately stabbing him with a knife, resulting in his death.
The Public Prosecution has taken charge of the investigation and will pursue legal action.
