Each residence within Al Saf has 5 rooms, covering a substantial area of 322 square meters. The eagerly anticipated second phase is set to be handed over to residents by the end of next February.

Moreover, the complex is not just about housing; it’s about fostering a sense of community and well-being. A public park has been integrated into the complex, providing a peaceful retreat for all its residents, young and old.
