His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah has announced the launch of the Sharjah Job Seekers Training and Qualification Programme, a new initiative to empower local citizens through specialized training and financial support.

The programme, which begins on Monday, August 12, will accommodate 1,815 participants from across the Emirate. It is designed to provide them with the skills and qualifications necessary to contribute to various future projects in Sharjah.

To support participants during their training, Sheikh Dr. Sultan has approved a substantial monthly reward of 6,000 dirhams for each trainee. This financial incentive is intended to alleviate the economic pressures of the training period and ensure that participants can fully focus on their development.

The program will be inclusive, with 500 trainees from Sharjah, 400 from Khorfakkan, 400 from Kalba, 200 from Dibba Al Hisn, 300 from the Central Region, and 15 from Al Hamriyah.
