7 Awesome Places To Try When Dining On A Budget In Sharjah

Restaurants can be a pricey indulgence and yes, we agree that the best way to save money on food is making it at home. But some of us enjoy the experience of going out to eat, whether it’s for date night, hanging out with friends, or enjoying a good meal just by yourself.

If you like the restaurant experience, but you want to get the most for your buck, you can try restaurant critic Todd Kliman’s “high-low” method. With an eye on your wallets, we have got you covered with seven low budget restaurants in Sharjah to enjoy a meal at:

Aroos Damascus

Affordable, delicious Syrian platters served with a riot of flavours, Aroos Damascus has been in the UAE since the 1980s. This beloved Arabic restaurant serves one of the best arayees – a pita pocket stuffed with spice-laced ground lamb and grilled to crunchy perfection.

It’s always busy until the wee hours.

Al Afadil

Known for its finger-licking Lucknowi kababs, thick creamy lassi and hot parathas, this small gem of a restaurant is not the ideal place for a date, but one definitely for a wholesome delicious meal.

Located in a narrow dirt lane, this kitsch outlet will have you dreaming of the food. Take out might be recommended though, due to the limited number of tables in the resto.
