Safe drivers could receive a AED1,000 cash prize on the spot today in Dubai.
A Responsible Road Users Award is running for three days. Each day, road users will be monitored and ten will be chosen and given a cash prize worth AED1,000, according to Gulf News.
It’s happening today in Dubai (so pay attention and be safe on the roads peeps) followed by a day in Sharjah tomorrow.
The prize is up for grabs for all road users; including pedestrians, cyclists and drivers
In total, AED30,000 in cash prizes will be handed out over a three day period, along with a certificate to prove safe driving.
