A Couple Left Their Baby In A UAE Taxi On Their Way To The Airport
A couple visiting the UAE on holidays accidentally left their baby in a taxi on the way to the airport, a UAE newspaper has reported.
According to Khaleej Times, the couple caught a taxi to the airport, and both assumed the other parent had the baby at the time.
When the two realised what had happened, they contacted the airport police, who in turn got in touch with the RTA.
The RTA got hold of the driver, who was on a break at a local cafeteria
The driver rushed to the car, and found the baby safe and well – sleeping in the backseat and subsequently returned the child to its parents.
