In a report by recruitment agency, Gulf Talent, the results of a survey say that Emirati graduates expect three times the same starter salary of expat graduates who expect AED 9,000 per month. The findings are based on GulfTalent’s survey of more than 300 recent graduates and final-year students at the American University of Sharjah. The salary element of the report is from a survey conducted last year. A new report show’s a better outlook for the job market this year.
