A Huge Fire Engulfed A Truck On Emirates Road

Sharjah Police reported the incident which took place on Emirates Road on Thursday morning around 8.30am.

The truck burst into flames near intersection seven, travelling from Dubai to Sharjah.

There were no injuries in the accident.

Police responded quickly to the scene

Ambulances, rescue teams and Sharjah Civil Defence also rushed to the scene.

The truck reportedly caught fire while driving and swerved into a sandy area near the road.

Firefighters had the flames under control within 20 minutes while police secured the area and diverted traffic.
