(FOCP).\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The 24-hour event originated in 1985 in the United States, and has since grown to raise more than USD$5 billion.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The event lasts over 24 hours and participants walk or run around a track for the entire time &#8211; passing a baton to their teammates.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Lanterns will be lit to inspire hope for cancer sufferers.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>It will be happening
