It’s not polite to drone on and on about the same situation but sometimes, we just can’t help it. For not the first<\/a>, or the second<\/a>, but the third time this year, a drone obtrusion\u00a0into high-security airspace has temporarily halted operations at Dubai International Airport. The incident also caused Sharjah International Airport also followed suit and shuttered its’ airspace. The airport was closed for an hour and twenty minutes on Saturday evening. The director of air navigation and aerodromes said that\u00a0authority is working with the Emirates Authority for Standardisation and Metrology on a new law to regulate the sales of drones in the UAE. We get that drones are a tonne of fun to play with, but shutting down the airport is not even REMOTELY funny!<\/p>\n
