How much of a relief is this news to the UAE Filipino residents who&#8217;ve been stranded away from their loved ones and jobs for over 4 months now??!?!<\/p>\n<p>Although\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.philippineairlines.com\/AboutUs\/newsandevents\/advisory-covid19-30jul20-99\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Philippine Airlines (PAL)<\/a> will start flying to Dubai twice a week starting August 4.
