Eid Al Fitr Is Likely To Fall On A Friday According To The International Astronomy Centre

It’s expected that Eid Al Fitr will begin on Friday, June 15, according to the International Astronomy Centre in Abu Dhabi.

According to national news agency WAM, it stated: “The International Astronomical Centre, IAC, said that the start of the month of Shawwal is expected to be on Friday, 15th June, in most Islamic countries, depending on the condition of the moon’s crescent on Thursday, 14th June.”

The three-day celebration will likely run through the weekend.
