The Largest Green Park In Abu Dhabi Aims For Guinness World Record With Recycled Bottle Cap Mosaic!

Abu Dhabi is about to get a little more colorful… and a lot more sustainable!

Umm Al Emarat Park, in partnership with Tadweer Group, is inviting everyone to take part in a creative Guinness World Record attempt

From 8-12 December, the community will come together to build a 25-sqm mosaic wall made entirely from recycled plastic bottle caps.

You can help stick bottle caps onto a giant design inspired by recycling symbols!

Thousands of tiny caps will come together to create one huge, colorful masterpiece. This is part of the Cap Your Way to Sustainability campaign. It started in July and encouraged schools and local partners to collect caps. The goal is to raise awareness about protecting the environment.

Rasha Kablawi from Umm Al Emarat Park said:

“This isn’t just art! It’s a fun way for the community to come together, learn about sustainability, and get creative. Teamwork and laughs are guaranteed!”

Abdulwahed Juma from Tadweer Group added, “We want everyone to see that trash can be turned into something amazing. This mosaic is proof that saving the planet can be creative, fun, and maybe even record-breaking!”

So mark your calendars, roll up your sleeves and stick a bottle cap, or two, on history. Who knew saving the planet could be this colorful and fun!
