An Etihad flight to Madrid returned and landed in Abu Dhabi after facing a sudden 10,000ft altitude drop shortly after take-off. Moreover, the sudden drop was due to technical difficulties.

On November 1, the flight took off and landed by force after a sudden 10,000 ft altitude drop

EY075 was near Doha when its crew radioed a 7700 — indicating a general emergency. After that, the flight returned to the UAE capital shortly after take-off at 3:10am.

Moreover, tracking site Flight Radar24 showed the Dreamliner had rapidly descended to 10,000 feet but no more details were given.

Moreover, after the altitude drop all crew and passengers landed safely when the flight returned to Abu Dhabi

The passengers went back to the terminal in Abu Dhabi. Then, they boarded another flight on a different aircraft this morning at around 9 am.
