The Presidential Court announced the funeral prayer for the late Sheikh Saeed bin Zayed Al Nahyan

Today, July 27, Sheikh Sultan bin Zayed the First Mosque in Al Bateen is holding the funeral prayer. Additionally, there will be a funeral prayer in absentia across all mosques in the country. Additionally, the prayers will take place after Dhuhr (noon) prayer.

Also, the Presidential Court announced the condolences reception schedule

Today, July 27, people can send their condolences at Al Mushrif Palace in Abu Dhabi from 4:30pm – 6:30pm. Additionally, on Friday and Saturday, they can send their condolences in two sessions. First session is in the morning from 10am – 12pm. While the second session is in the evening from 4:30pm – 6:30pm.

Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, mourns the loss of his brother, Sheikh Saeed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi’s representative. The passing of Sheikh Saeed follows reports of his health challenges.

Additionally, The Presidential Court has declared a three-day period of official mourning. Which begins today, Thursday, July 27, and ending on Saturday, July 29. During this time, flags will be flown at half-mast to honor the passing of Sheikh Saeed
