Abu Dhabi Is Planting 10K Mangrove Trees On Thursday

Abu Dhabi aims to plan 100 MILLION Mangrove trees by 2030. The 51st National Day Celebrations Organising Committee launched the “Today for Tomorrow: National Day Mangrove Project.”

The project aims to fulfil the UAE’s pledge to plant 100 million mangrove trees made at COP27

This project aligns with the vision of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan. Also, the initiative seeks to restore and enhance the mangrove forests along the UAE’s coasts.

The project begins with planting the 10,000 mangrove trees featured in different destinations in 7 Emirates

That’s not all! Abu Dhabi is looking for volunteers to help the city achieve its pledge to plan 100 million mangrove trees.
