A special version of Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week will be held during the COP28 UN climate change conference, which the UAE will host from November 30 to December 12.

Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week will be hosted during COP28

The Connect Conference Centre in Expo City, Dubai will host the one-day Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week Summit on December 4 with the theme United on Climate Action at Cop28.

The meeting, held on the Cop28’s thematic finance day, will discuss topics like investing for inclusion and climate finance and find strategies for accelerating sustainable development, according to Masdar, the event’s organiser.

COP28 is the first summit to assess the results of measures taken to prevent temperature increases to 1.5°C above pre-industrial levels since the Paris Climate Agreement in 2015.
