Abu Dhabi is taking a step into the future! Abu Dhabi Airports officially announced electric flying taxis as a new method of transportation for passengers landing at Abu Dhabi.
Passengers will soon be able to get home with an easier and more sustainable method of transportation. Moreover, Abu Dhabi Airports revealed that it partnered with French firm Groupe ADP to develop the new concept of air transportation for both passengers and cargo.

So, Abu Dhabi Airports and Groupe ADP will be managing the planning, design, development and operation. They will also manage the ground infrastructure for Advanced Air Mobility (AMM) in Abu Dhabi. Also, they will assess and develop the roadmap to roll it out in the near future.
Plus, both of them will work together to develop the electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft to move people and cargo.
President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan received one of the warmest welcomes from Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi upon his arrival. COP27 is currently being held in Sharm El Sheikh until November 18.
