@witsandnuts and @thesquarerootofcatsanddog posted a video on Instagram showing all the dog friendly spots in Abu Dhabi for International Dog Day!

Initially, Colleen Paige, a pet and family lifestyle expert and animal advocate founded this day in 2004. She chose August 26 to commemorate the event of her family adopting their first dog “Sheltie” from an animal shelter. Furthermore, this day is symbolic as it raised awareness about dog adoption. It is also an incentive to celebrate all dogs no matter the breed, age, or size!

Onto the dog friendly places in Abu Dhabi! @witsandnuts and @thesquarerootofcatsanddog listed a bunch of places that welcome dogs with open arms. These places are as follows:

Daikan’s got you! It’s got the best of both worlds, delicious steaming bowls of ramen and it’s a dog-friendly restaurant. You and your pooch can enjoy the meal with a gorg view of Yas Bay from Daikan’s terrace!

Nolu’s serenity and stunning atmosphere is the perf place to end up with your furry friend after a long walk!

Grab a bite to eat or a coffee to drink at this calm and gorg cafe in Al Bandar. You and your bestie can chill at the outdoor tables with a refreshing drink and filling meal!
