3 Abu Dhabi Restaurants Were Awarded A MICHELIN Star

On November 10, 3 restaurants were awarded a MICHELIN Star at the MICHELIN Star Revelation award ceremony. Moreover, MICHELIN awarded 35 other restaurants within the MICHELIN Selection.

3 restaurants received one Michelin Star from the MICHELIN Guide in Emirates Palace

Mr. Gwendal Poullennec, International Director of The MICHELIN Guide, revealed the 3 top eateries in Abu Dhabi.

3 restaurants received 1 MICHELIN Star each, and they are as follows:

• Firstly, Hakkasan
• Secondly, Talea by Antonio Guida
• Lastly, 99 Sushi Bar

Moreover, His Excellency Saleh Mohamed Al Geziry attended the ceremony. Plus, he took group photos with the winners!

That’s not all! MICHELIN gave out 3 more awards to chefs and restaurants in Abu Dhabi

Additionally, these awards consisted of “Service Award,” “MICHELIN Sommelier Award,” and “Michelin Young Chef Award.”

The winners of these awards were as follows:

• Firstly, Service Award – Rawad, Hamdan & Team at Li Beirut
• Secondly, MICHELIN Sommelier Award – Marlon Nuque at Zuma
• Finally, Michelin Young Chef Award – Luigi Stinga at Talea by Antonio Guida

MICHELIN also awarded 4 establishments with a Bib Gourmand award

The Bib Gourmand is a rating that recognizes friendly establishments. Also, establishments that serve good food at moderate prices.

So, these 4 restaurants received a Bib Gourmand:

• Tazal’s

The MICHELIN Guide also selected 35 restaurants in Abu Dhabi
