Jordan’s King Abdullah II has been in the UAE since Saturday, following his grand welcome by Abu Dhabi’s Crown Prince HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed, Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces.
And sure, we may have seen state visits from all world leaders like this before.
But a recent tweet by Jordan’s King may have just surpassed the seemingly great bond not only between the two royal leaders but their nations too

…and it looked as familiar as one’s traditional dinner table would.
Worth noting that this isn’t the first time both leaders have visited or met each other, as Jordan and the UAE have had a longstanding friendship.

Following a nice lunch out with HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed’s children, the King of Jordan didn’t hesitate to commend the ruler on the familiar welcome he’d have.
“Today, I felt that I am amongst my family when I met my brother Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed, his children and grandchildren. I pray to god that he keeps this love between our two countries and our people for years to come.”
AWWWW.
