Property Finder revealed its data sharing the most preferred places to live in apartments

Of these places, they recorded the most preferred choices for those to own an apartment from January to April as:

1. Al Reem Island
2. Yas Island
3. Al Raha Beach
4. Saadiyat Island

Property Finder recorded these 4 places as the most preferred areas to own an apartment for investment or residency. Also, they noted a 7% increase in the average asking price for apartments during January – April 2023 in comparison to January – April 2022.

That’s not all, Property Finder also identified the most preferred places to live and rent an apartment as:

1. Al Reem Island
2. Khalifa City
3. Al Raha Beach
4. Corniche Road
5. Al Khalidiya

People in Abu Dhabi still prefer to rent apartments in these places despite a 7% increase in rental prices from January – April. This increase comes in comparison to January – April 2022.

The data also revealed the most preferred places to live in and own villas

Property Finder stated that these 5 areas are the most preferred area to invest in villas and townhouses:

1. Yas Island
2. Saadiyat Island
3. Al Reef
4. Khalifa City
5. Al Reem Island

The average rental prices from January – April 2023 rose by 7% compared to those months in 2022.

That’s not all, Property Finder also identified these 5 areas as the most preferred places to live and rent a villa:

1. Khalifa City
2. Mohammed Bin Zayed
3. Yas Island
4. Al Reef
5. Saadiyat Island

Additionally, a slight 2% rise was recorded in the average rent prices for villas.

Lastly, Property Finder discovered an interesting rise in greener choices in Abu Dhabi

The data revealed that Masdar City emerged as one of the most searched areas in Abu Dhabi. Also, the average price of apartments in Masdar City in January – April 2023 was:

1. 1-Bedroom – AED745,000
2. 2-Bedroom – AED1.1 million
3. 3-Bedroom – AED1.8 million

So, there you have it! These area are the most preferred places to live in Abu Dhabi.
