UAE Leaders Pay Tribute To Educators On World Teachers’ Day

We wouldn’t be where we are today if it weren’t for the teachers who stood by us during our struggles, supported us in our endeavours, and saw our potential. We all remember the name of our favourite teachers because that’s how much they impacted our lives.

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai announced a new council for teachers and school leaders!

A new council for teachers and school leaders will be set up, HH Sheikh Mohammed announced today on World Teachers’ Day

In a series of tweets, HH Sheikh Mohammed “directed the Emirates Foundation for School Education to form a council for teachers and a council for school leaders to involve them in the decision-making process in the field of education and education.”

He also tweeted, “Thank you to all the teachers.. Thank you to the owners of the noblest message and the greatest national mission.”

Referring to the teachers, added: “Without them, we would not have written the letters of our lives. Without them, our countries would not have advanced in science.

Additionally, the UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed met with educators for World Teachers Day

H.H. Sheikh Mohamed also stated how grateful the UAE is towards educators on Twitter.

H.H. stated, “Dedicated teachers are the bedrock of our education system and will be at the forefront of its development. On World Teachers’ Day, we recognise the vital role that teachers play across the UAE as they guide and shape the next generation that will drive our future progress.”
