BREAKING: Abu Dhabi Airport ‘Incident’ Not The Work Of Yemen’s Houthis

Abu Dhabi airport authorities reported an incident involving an airport owned vehicle in Abu Dhabi airport late this afternoon.
In a statement released on Twitter, airport authorities confirmed the incident involving a supply vehicle, however stating operations continued as normal and flight schedules were not affected.
International news suggests Yemen’s Houthis have claimed responsibility for a drone attack, whereby three drones were launched 1,500 kilometres towards UAE’s capital, however AUH did not reference a drone attack in its statement.
Abu Dhabi Airport released this statement
Abu Dhabi Airports can confirm that there has been an incident involving a supply vehicle in Terminal 1 airside area of the airport at approximately 4:00 pm today.This incident has not affected operations at AUH and flights continue to arrive and depart as scheduled. (1/2)
