With millions of passengers expected to pass through UAE airports during the summer rush, authorities are focusing on early planning and digital solutions to ensure safe and seamless travel for all.
One of the key recommendations from the Abu Dhabi flag carrier is to arrive at the airport early, especially during peak travel times. Passengers are advised to arrive at least four hours before departure to avoid potential delays.
All citizens are also advised to avoid peak road hours between 4am to 10am and 6pm to 11pm near the airports. More tips to navigate peak season travel include following packing rules on liquids, electronics, and power banks, while also keeping all important travel documents handy. Families flying from AUH can use “Little VIPs” zones for easier travel with children.
