According to Ahmed Ebraheem Al Marzouqi, the Executive Director of the Administrative Support Sector at ADJD, the process is pretty straightforward. Once the respondent finishes making the payment, the system kicks in automatically, initiating the cancellation procedure for all enforcement decisions tied to the payment. These decisions get electronically approved and sent to enforcing authorities through an electronic link-up system.

The cool part? This automated magic speeds up the whole process of canceling enforcement decisions after payment. No need for enforcement officers and judges to step in – it’s all taken care of.

Now, here’s why it’s awesome for the folks involved. Respondents can easily snag a copy of the cancellation decision through the smart app. This comes in handy for travel plans, especially when there’s a travel ban involved, or for flashing it at police stations when dealing with arrest warrants due to non-payment. And that’s not all – the cancellation orders also get zapped over to the relevant banks to lift any seizure orders on deposits and bank accounts.

Al Marzouqi highlighted another nifty feature of the system – automatic cancellation alert notifications. These notifications buzz enforcement officers and judges through internal systems, making it a breeze to keep tabs on the proceedings. Plus, it shoots notifications to the parties involved in the enforcement case via the Judicial Department’s app, keeping everyone in the loop about any decisions made.
