A fatal bus crash in Abu Dhabi resulted in the death of three people.

The accident took place on Abu Dhabi’s Al-Shawamekh Bridge at approximately 7.30am on Monday morning.

A bus and two cars collided and caused the death of three people, while 44 others were injured in the collision.

Initial investigations deem speeding, insufficient space between vehicles and sudden deviation to be the primary causes of the accident.
