Abu Dhabi’s Latest Smart Service Helps Slash Ticket Troubles
Drivers in Abu Dhabi have caught a break recently thanks to this cool new service.
The Abu Dhabi Judicial Department rolled out an Artificial Intelligence powered system to help motorists get their traffic fines reduced instantly – it is available around the clock, and can process requests without any human touch.
How the service is helping
The smart service from the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department allows motorists to request the Public Prosecution to transfer their traffic violations to court. This process is aimed to facilitate objecting to or getting a discount on the fines.
Courts would then make a ruling, and after paying the final amount, a proof of cancellation for any related wanted orders might be issued. All thanks to the introduction of Artificial Intelligence upgrading this existing service!

Getting used to the AI-powered system
Previously, users needed to visit the official Judicial Department website, find the ‘prosecutions’ menu, and select ‘Request to transfer traffic violations to court’. After clicking ‘start’, they chose either Abu Dhabi Police or Integrated Transport Centre based on their fine type. The final steps included attaching a copy of the violation, obtainable from the Tamm website or application, and submitting the request.
But now? Submitting an application through the smart service means no longer waiting!
