Emirati Mothers Can Now Get 90 Days Of Maternity Leave And Financial Support

Abu Dhabi will support Emirati mums on a whole new level with the new initiative!

The Abu Dhabi Social Support Authority has announced paid maternity leave of up to 90 days and financial support for Emirati mothers working in the private sector.

It is a part the recently launched Emirati Family Growth Support Programme

The new service is available for Emirati women working in the private sector who have a family book issued in Abu Dhabi and have obtained a no-objection certificate from their employer. They also must provide a valid salary certificate along with their bank account details and the IBAN.

Anyone interested should apply within the first 30 days of the delivery. The baby must be born on or after 1 September 2024.
