A New Fine Will Cost You AED1000 If You Don’t Give Way To School Buses In Abu Dhabi

You might want to think twice before you cut off a school bus because a new fine might cost you AED1,000. 

Motorycists in Abu Dhabi have been advised to stop or be cautious when school buses are pulling over or stopping on the side of the road. 

And failure to do so might just cost you 10 black points and a hefty fine of AED1,000 as article 91 of the UAE Traffic Law states.

Drivers of school buses can also get fined

Failure to use the stop sign when a child leaves or enters the school bus, will cost school bus drivers six black points and a fine of AED500.
