Nouel Catis, the pastry chef who created the viral pistachio kunafa bar that put Dubai on the chocolate map, has just revealed “Abu Dhabi Chocolate”

The chocolate isn’t just a sweet treat—it’s one moulded in its own story, crafted to truly reflect the soul of Abu Dhabi. In an interview with Aletihad, the chef described the upcoming release as something the city genuinely deserves.
