Turning essential facilities, like energy installations, ports, airports and international maritime routes, into military targets threatens more than individual countries. It also puts regional stability at risk, disrupts global supply chains and impacts the wider economy.

Targeting these facilities is a dangerous escalation and a red line that cannot be tolerated. He stressed the urgent need to halt hostilities and protect civilians and their infrastructure without exception.
His Highness also warned that continued violations could have serious consequences for the region and the international community.
