Such attacks are serious violations of international law and cannot be justified under any circumstances, His Highness said

They have resulted in the loss of civilian lives and injuries, while terrorising millions across the region.

H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed said civilian infrastructure is meant to serve communities and should never become part of conflict

Targeting these facilities is a dangerous escalation and a red line that cannot be tolerated. He stressed the urgent need to halt hostilities and protect civilians and their infrastructure without exception.

His Highness also warned that continued violations could have serious consequences for the region and the international community.
