A UAE worker killed his boss after a disagreement over an AED500 salary increase.
The Pakistani male became enraged after his boss had agreed to increase his salary from AED1,000 to AED1,500, but was then reluctant to honour the increment.
On the day his boss refused the raised salary agreement, the employee purchased a meat cleaver to use as a weapon and asked for a private meeting with his boss, according to reports.

The two men drove to the outskirts of the capital together. When they reached a quiet location, the accused pulled out the meat cleaver and used it to kill his boss.
