HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed bin Sultan Al-Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai and HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum Crown Prince of Dubai were all in attendance on Monday for the inauguration on Monday
