The UAE is in a fitness frenzy at the moment, and it’s set to just keep on going with ANOTHER free fitness festival this weekend. 

Friday November 10 will see du Forum on Yas Island become a fitness hub, complete with competitions, fitness classes, an active kids’ zone and workout demonstrations. 

There will be PLENTY to do, for all fitness levels and ages, and there are going to be food trucks to keep you satiated throughout the day.

It’s part of the Yasalam Get Driver Fit programme

In the lead-up to Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, Get Driver Fit is a two-month programme helping residents get fit like Formula 1 drivers. 

This festival is the grand finale – ahead of the Yasalam festivities surrounding the Abu Dhabi GP at the end of November. 

UAE’s fittest person competition

There will also be a fitness competition to find the UAE’s fittest man and woman – and the winners will receive cash prizes of AED10,000!
