Paid Parking System Announced In MBZ Starting April 6

Heads up, drivers!

Starting 6 April 2026, Q Mobility will roll out a paid parking system in several commercial sectors and villa areas in Mohamed bin Zayed City

The new system aims to make parking easier, improve traffic flow, and keep vehicle movement in the area more organized.

Residents and villa owners in the affected zones can apply for parking permits through the TAMM and Darb apps once the system goes live. These digital permits make parking more convenient and remove the need to worry about finding a spot or paying in cash.

Standard parking spaces will cost AED 2 per hour

All payments processed digitally through the TAMM and Darb apps. This is part of Abu Dhabi’s wider goal to create a fully cashless and digital transport ecosystem. The aim is to make daily life simpler and more efficient for everyone.
