A fire broke out at one of the malls on South 90th Street in the Fifth Settlement area, causing widespread concern. According to investigations, the fire started in one of the companies within the mall due to an electrical short circuit. The fire quickly spread to nearby shops, including a café owned by Randa Al-Bahri. Fortunately, no casualties were reported.

How the Fire Escalated
The fire ignited on the ground floor of the company and rapidly spread to other floors, eventually reaching the adjacent popular Café, which spans three floors. Despite initial efforts by mall employees to contain the fire using fire extinguishers, their attempts were unsuccessful, and the fire continued to spread at a fast pace.

Thick black smoke was visible from afar, raising concerns among shop owners and passersby, many of whom quickly moved away from the area.

Emergency services were notified immediately, and civil protection forces responded swiftly, arriving at the scene with fire engines to control the fire and prevent it from spreading to neighboring building.
