For a one-month trial period, riders on Cairo Metro Line 3 will enjoy extended operating hours, with trains running until 1 AM on Thursdays. RATP Dev Mobility Cairo, the company responsible for operating the line, made this decision based on marketing surveys, aiming to enhance the integration of the third line with other metro routes and public transportation systems across Egypt. The third line, which began trial operations in early November, covers 11 stations and spans 13.7 kilometers, serving densely populated areas in the Giza governorate, including Imbaba, El-Bohi, Gameat El-Dowal Al-Arabiya, and extending to Cairo University.
