Minister Of Education Directed An Investigation Following Student Outrage Over Thanaweya Amma Physics Exam

An official source at the Ministry of Education confirmed that Minister Reda Hegazy has directed the formation of a committee to investigate the physics exam to review it and compare the questions to the required standards. 

This decision came after several students confirmed that the questions on the physics and history exams were difficult, above the average student level, and required a longer time to answer.

Several high school students expressed that these three subjects, “science, mathematics, and literature,” expressed the difficulty of the exams for the two subjects, explaining that the exams are long, difficult, and complex, above the level of the average student, and require a longer time to answer.

Additionally, several parents expressed their anger stressing the need to hold the exam makers accountable as they jeopardized students’ future, and their mental state.

The news lead students to express their frustration on social media, calling for the resignation of exam-makers
