The Ministry of Endowments (Awqaf) and Islamic Affairs has launched the ‘Iftar Al Saem’ initiative to support fasting individuals during Ramadan. This year, the program will distribute 300,000 Iftar meals across nine locations in Qatar. By doing so, it ensures that workers and those in need have access to a warm and fulfilling meal at sunset.

This initiative reflects the values of generosity and social solidarity. Benefactors have already fully funded two locations, while donations are still needed for the remaining seven. Each site will feature air-conditioned tents, creating a comfortable and welcoming space for people to break their fast.
